2. Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Judith Ruiz de Esquide Fernández, trading under the business name DO'IN TALENT, Tax ID 10906050W, registered at Calle Viriato, 28010 Madrid, Spain. You can get in touch at welcome@dointalent.com.

What data we collect and why

We only process the data you provide voluntarily. Specifically:

  • Free assessments (HR maturity, AI readiness and talent flight risk): name, email address, company, professional profile and your answers to the questionnaire, together with the resulting score. We use these to calculate your result, email it to you and, where appropriate, follow up on your request.
  • Contact and session booking forms: the data you include in your message, so we can reply and handle your request.
  • Browsing data: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated information about how the site is used. See section 3.

We do not collect special categories of data, we do not build profiles with legal effects, and we do not make automated decisions about the people who write to us. An assessment result is guidance calculated from your own answers, not an evaluation of you.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you complete a form or accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us and keeping the site secure.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, where a rule requires us to retain information.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as a relationship with the individual exists and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities. If you request erasure, we delete the data unless we are legally required to retain it.

Who else has access

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. We do use providers who process it on our behalf, as data processors:

  • Netlify (United States): website hosting and form submissions.
  • Resend (United States): sending the assessment result emails.
  • Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Upstash (Ireland, European Union): storage of blog article reactions (“likes”), and of comments where that feature is active. This data does not leave the European Economic Area.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, international transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on the adequacy framework applicable at the time.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to welcome@dointalent.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

3. Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. This site uses two types:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: they allow the site to work and remember your choice about this very notice. They require no consent and cannot be disabled.
  • Local browser storage: if you like an article, we store that flag in your own browser so it is not counted twice. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to any server and it cannot identify you.
  • Third-party analytics cookies: Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, to understand in aggregate how the site is used and improve it. They are only installed if you accept them. If you decline, they are not loaded.

On your first visit we show a notice with two options, accept or decline, on equal terms. If you decline, only strictly necessary cookies are used.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site data in your browser, which will make the notice appear again. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
